Broker Management Course

Complete your Broker Management Course with us!

KRS 324.046 requires 21 credit hours of education to become a broker. As part of this requirement, candidates must complete a 3 credit hour or 48 hour class hour Broker Management Class. Our course meets the 48 classroom hours of instruction that meets the requirements of KRS 324.046.

We have classes starting April 2, 2008. Click one of the registration buttons at the bottom of this page to register. Classes will meet one day per week for 6 weeks. Class hours are 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.

The course curriculum includes:

·	Marketing and Advertising	·	Brokerage Policies and Procedures
·	Human Resource Management	·	Managing Risk

Textbooks and class handouts are provided. Students are required to bring writing instruments and calculators.

All courses are taught by experienced real estate instructors.
