2008 Core Course is required for all active real estate licensees

who were born in April, May and June and not completed Core Courses within the last four years.

NOTE: Classes offered in Tennessee count as both Kentucky and Tennessee CE credit. The morning sessions held in TN will start at 8:00 a.m. and end at 12:00 p.m. This 4 hour session will count as 4 CE credit hours for Tennessee and 3 CE credit hours for Kentucky.
